We are so glad that you and/or your team are considering an Affordable Materials Grant!

Before you start this online application submission process, please be sure that you have the following documents ready: 
  • Your completed Word Application Form, which will be used for peer reviews 
  • Your signed Letter of Support by your Department Chair/Dean/VPAA or Provost, depending on your position 
  • Your signed Grants/Business Office Acknowledgment Form
